We are working to create a more sustainable, more solarpunk world by getting as many people as possible involved in growing food.
What is solarpunk? Solarpunk is an art genre and movement that imagines and enacts a positive vision for the world’s future, even if that future involves challenges unlike any others ever faced by humans. Solarpunk shows that we can have a future that is more equal, more inclusive, more prosperous, and more sustainable - better in almost every way - than the world we inhabit today. It involves clean energy production, alternative economic arrangements, mutual aid and people power, and of course, gardens everywhere. It is a world we want to live in and leave for future generations, and we’re hoping we can help get us there :).

Agriculture is currently humanity’s most destructive industry for the Earth, but it doesn’t have to be. Regenerative agriculture and permaculture, which are based on traditional and indigenous food systems and include modern additions, provide clear paths to a world where humans have a positive relationship with the planet.
We think that people growing their own food can play a role in this transition, and as an organization we want to accelerate the adoption of sustainable food as much as possible.
